Radu "Daniel" Dinu is entering his first season as an assistant coach with the Battling Bishop men's and women's tennis programs.
Dinu, a native of Petrosani, Romania, is a Barton College (N.C.) Alumni, and was a regular starter as #5 and #6 singles and #3 doubles. He has over 1 year of coaching experience with multiple levels, including of the top 50 nationally ranked 16-year-old players.
Dinu graduated from Barton with a B.S. in Psychology in 2016 and a Masters Degree in Sport Psychology with focus in Performance Routines and Transfer of Life Skills from athletics to academics and vice versa.
He also completed a graduate assistantship in teaching classes such as weight training and tennis while at Barton.
